Dubai Financial Market (DFM) said on Thursday its net profit before tax for the first nine months of 2025 rose 212 per cent to Dhs930.8m ($254m) from Dhs298.7m a year earlier, driven by higher trading volumes and a surge in listings activity. Consolidated revenue climbed 138 per cent year-on-year to Dhs1.1bn, supported by robust trading income, investment returns, and the sale of an investment property worth Dhs467.2m. Semiconductor giant Nvidia is reportedly looking to make a sizable investment in AI software development platform Poolside. Nvidia is looking to invest at least $500 million, and up to $1 billion, in Poolside, which builds AI models for software development, according to reporting from Bloomberg, which cited sources. This investment would be part of a $2 billion funding round Poolside is raising at a $12 billion valuation, according to Bloomberg.
