Popular design and presentation platform Canva faced a widespread outage on Monday, leaving users unable to access the service. According to DownDetector, more than 700 users reported issues, with many expressing frustration on social media platform X.
The downtime quickly became a trending topic, with marketing and social media professionals joking about the disruption to their workflows and campaigns. Others criticised the platform for recurring outages, questioning the reliability of its servers.
In response, Canva acknowledged the issue on X, assuring users that its team was working to restore services.
