Disrupt-X, Intel, and DynaSys Networks have signed a tri-party Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on accelerating Pakistan’s digital transformation through AI-enabled, climate-resilient, and sustainable smart infrastructure. The initiative aims to leverage AI technologies from edge to cloud to strengthen disaster preparedness, optimise utilities, and build the foundation for smarter cities across the country.
Under the agreement, Disrupt-X will provide its ALEF 360° platform, a unified solution that integrates AI, IoT, and automation for real-time infrastructure and utility management. DynaSys Networks will implement and operate the platform across Pakistan, supported by Intel’s Edge AI and Cloud Solutions to deliver predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights for large-scale national digital rollouts.
The partnership will explore multiple high-impact initiatives, including:
-
Implementing a nationwide flood monitoring system to enhance early warning capabilities and disaster mitigation.
-
Scaling smart water metering infrastructure to reach up to 40 million metres by 2040, promoting sustainable water management and improving transparency and revenue collection.
-
Developing and deploying AI-powered use cases for Pakistan’s emerging smart city projects.
The collaboration reflects a shared vision to address climate challenges, promote sustainability, and modernise Pakistan’s infrastructure through advanced digital technologies.
