For more than 12 years, M42 has collaborated with the Saudi Ministry of Health, operating over 40 Diaverum clinics across 33 cities, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah. The launch of M42 Saudi Arabia marks the next phase of this partnership, focusing on performance, impact, and shared purpose, a WAM report said.
M42 Saudi Arabia will continue providing renal care through its Diaverum clinics while exploring advanced patient care, multi-omics, population health programs, and digital integration. The initiative aligns with M42’s goal to support a sustainable, future-ready health system emphasizing precision, preventive, and predictive care.
The launch follows M42’s expansion across the Middle East, including the first virtual hospital in Jordan and long-term care services in Bahrain, reinforcing the company’s vision to build a globally scaled health intelligence ecosystem.
Dimitris Moulavasilis, Group CEO, said the incorporation “is a natural step in building a health intelligence ecosystem that works with local institutions to shift from reactive care to precision, prevention, and prediction.”
